I read/heard/saw that you can tell if a dog is full blooded by looking at the roof of there mouth? If it's spotted, they are mixed but if it's soild it's full blood.
How can I tell without getting a DNA test or something done? I have a lab, and she looks really diffrent from others I've seen .She has a wavey coat, and fuzzy and thick since summer when she was a young pup.
So, how can I tell?

Black spots on the tongue or mouth are like freckles on a dog. It's just pigmentation that different individuals exhibit. There are over 30 dog breeds that have purebred dogs with spots on the tongue. Some breeds include Laboradors and Goldens. Certain breeds, such as ChowChows do have a fully pigmented tongue as a breed requirement for showing.
The best way to tell if your dog is purebred is to have AKC papers. Contact the breeder to see if they can provide any for your pet. Some labs do have semi-wavy coats, which is not desirable, but does not mean she's not purebred. All labs have thick, water-repellent coats. If she's truly fuzzy, it would make me wonder if she was mixed. Unless you specifically bought her as a purebred dog and you think the breeder misrepresented her, I wouldn't worry. Mixed breeds are just as good as purebreds.
No you cannot tell by looking in the mouth. That does not make sense. Many dogs have pigment on the tounge or on the roof of the mouth. There is also NO DNA test that will confirm breed.

it sounds like she is a mix possbily golden retreiver or irish setter mixed in.

you are confused about a trait of chow. if a dog has any "chow" in them they will have some blue patches or spots on their tongue. chows are the only dogs with blue tongues (except for me after a wild night)
You can not tell, but then what difference can it make? What would you do if you knew?
Your theory is absolutely incorrect. You cannot even tell if she is purebred with a DNA test.
Since it's a lab, and you never said where you got her.I would bet she is a mix.
My dogs isnt spotted and he isnt full.he is a mix of 3 breeds.
