How to color your dogs hair?

I am searching pet safe hair coloring, does anyone know a certain brand I can use?
Answers:
All these "animal rights" people need to shut up. I'm so sick of hearing them whine constantly! Dying the dog's fur is not going to hurt it.it's not cruel if she uses something that won't hurt the dog.dogs aren't humans, they're not going to even know their fur is a different color!

(deep breath)

Try Kool-ade, it won't hurt your dog.
kool aid is okay to use!
colouring your dogs hair is not cruel or Mean at all
Food coloring always dies dark, and is perfectly safe (not to mention cheap) for youre dog.
kool aid is prolly cool but i wouldn't kno.. ask Paris Hilton or Nicole Richie.lol

Don't dye your dog's hair. It's mean and unneccesary. Reverse the roles. Would you want someone dying your hair without your consent?
i would love to see the dog when you have coloured it
i have never seen a punk rocker dog
I THINK COLORING YOUR DOGS HAIR IS MEAN AND CRUEL.
DON'T!
dont do it color your own hair its mean
Uhh, you Don't.it looks retarted when people do that
WHY? WILL IT CHANGE HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR DOG? SINCE DOGS ARE COLOR BLIND, I DOUBT IT MATTERS TO HER. IF YOU MUST, TRY FOOD COLORING. IT'S TEMPORARY, CHEAP, AND MOST IMPORTANT HARMLESS TO THE DOG.
Why would you want to color their hair? I wouldn't suggest it, they have fur not hair, hair and fur are different, its okay on hair but its probably bad for their fur. Dyeing hair is for humans, not pets!
it's a myth that dogs are color blind. they can see color.im sure it's safe to color dogs hair, and food coloring is the best way to go. just don't make it like 50 different colors..that'll be some crazy looking dog!
A dog is a living thing, not an accessory. It you want to dye something, do your own hair. It is better to spend your time and money on something the dog will like, a toy, a dental bone, a nice blanket in designer shades. There are better ways to have fun with your pet. Please consider them instead.
I would try using kool-aid or food coloring. Kool-aid is temporary and will not last as long as food coloring. Also i wouldn't do it to often it might dry out your dogs skin and then you will have an dog that itches all the time.
Why would you want to do that? The dog will get embarrased.
