How to pamper dogs and puppies? I want all the details?
Answers:
the very BEST thing you can do to pamper your puppy, and show her your love, is to feed her the highest quality kibble! this will be the most important investment in her healthy, long life with you..
the best kibbles will not ever be found at the grocer's or department store, but only at pet supply shops..Look for Canidae, Innova, Solid Gold, Wellness, Natural Balance, or Wysong..that is the best thing you could ever do for her.
Keep her vaccinations current, and regular well baby checks for internal parasites..
give them nice food, nice toys and HEAPS of attention
anything you think they would like
TLC let her sleep withyou and give her treats, take her for walks, car drives when you go some where, buy her toys and chew. Brush her But most of all love her like she loves you.
Meatloaf started an online business so I don't have to work and I can stay home and spoil him all day long..

Its actually not wise to pamper dogs and puppies too much, but to obedience train them and make them earn extra treats, etc. Any experienced dog trainer will tell you that the dogs that most often end up in big trouble for behavior problems, are dogs that have been allowed to do as they please and have been "spoiled" by overindulgent owners.
I suggest you read the book "The Art of Raising A Puppy" by the Monks of New Skete. Its one of the best books written, that explains how dogs relate to each other and how they relate to humans, and how to relate to a dog so that you can have a positive relationship with your dog.
Dogs are a lot like wolves in that their social structure is the same. There is one, or one pair in a group of dogs, just as in a wolf pack, that is "alpha" or "boss of the house." When people have dogs, the human needs to be that "boss". Learning to train your dog and how to demand respect IN A WAY THE DOG UNDERSTANDS is what it takes to get your dog's respect and obedience. Have you ever seen the boss wolf of a wolf pack hand out treats or pamper the other members of the pack?
Have your dog earn his treats by doing obedience, such as a sit stay. Have a short obedience session and then follow it up with a fun play session. When giving your dog treats, give him treats that are healthy for dogs, and feed the dog a good balanced dog food, not people food. Dogs that are pampered by being fed only people food often end up with severe health problems due to the imbalanced diet.
So, instead of wanting to know how to pamper a dog, give him the kind of life a dog needs, good health, regular vet checkups, vaccinations and deworming, a good balanced diet, safe dog toys to chew, and rules and obedience training to make him a good canine citizen!
I agree mostly with 'I Know' above. It's very important to build a good foundation of leadership with your dog. My dog Abbie is an absolute dream dog. I adopted her from a no-kill shelter when she was about six months old. She's a chow/lab mix, and she has a heart of gold. She also has a stubborn streak that's more overwhelming than my stubborn streak, and that's saying something.
Do all the reading you can about being Alpha in your home and outside your home. Give your dog direction and leadership, and once you have this foundation, then spoil your dog senseless.. always remember that *you* are the boss. The dog has to learn to live with you.. not you learn to live with your dog.
I can't say enough about what a good girl Abbie is. She's the dog everyone dreams of having.. laid back, sweet, friendly, doesn't jump up on people, she's just the best. But I worked hard to get her that way.
Oh, and CRATE TRAIN. It will save your sanity the first little while you own a dog.
