if she is saying no to you, then she probably says it with good reason.
pets take up a lots of time patience, training, and MONEY!! you have to pay for vet bills, flea, tick, and heartworm medication, dog food. you have to know how to be responsible for your pet's training and good behavior.
your pet should be kept indoors out of the weather, so you also have to potty train it. you have to take time to play with it.
there's much to do besides being a friend to your dog.
tell her you love her and say that you want a puppy.
promise to do all her housework!!
tell her that you are lonely and that you need a companion to talk to and play with and that having a pet will teach you responsiblity
