I am having trouble house training my new yorkie. Does anyone have any advise?

I have a doggie door that leads to the garage and is partitioned off from the rest of the garage. I then have a doggie door that leads to a small fenced off area in the back yard so they don't have the run of the whole yard. The new yorkie Molly doesn't want to catch on. She does fine for a while then she goes in the house which causes all the yorkies, Three, to be locked in the kitchen for a while. Otherwise they would not have access to the doggie doors.
Answers:
Could she be marking her territory? Dogs do do this from time to time if there is some jealousy or she is head dog?

Also was there something else in that spot at one time go poddie? Even if you clean carpets, there is still the pad under. Then there is the floor itself under the carpet and pad..Next step would be to seal the floor itself after cleaning carpet and replacing pad.

Dogs will do this to if there is someone they do not like or have some problem with if it is a bedroom of the person etc.

Or she is getting older and can not get out quick enough, might want to get her checked out by the doctor even if she is not older she might have a problem with bladder or holding it for the few minutes it takes to get outside.
I was gooing to tell you when you took it out and bring it in to give it treat for doing it out side but with the dog doors i really don't know now what to say about this. Just good luck in it!!.
It would help to know how old it is. But with any dog you have to train it to do what you want and not expect them to catch on by watching the other dogs.

Yorkies, as all toy breeds, are hard to train. Making the dog have to go through 2 doors to go potty when it has to go now, is to much to ask of it!

i keep a pad down for my yorkie, they have small bladders and sometimes are not very good about letting you know when they have to go out.

i do not underrstand your last statement at all "Otherwise they would not have access to the doggie doors."

Why would they have access to the doggie doors?
