Go to www.akc.org %26 click on 'breed rescue' %26 contact the Pomerainian group closest to you. These groups work to re-home pups %26 dogs that need a 2nd chance, at minimal cost. Good luck!

In the lefthand column you can type in dominant breed and all the poms you could imagine will pop up. They're not going to be free, but they need you just the same.

And if you don't have the money to pay an adoption fee, how are you going to be able to care for it. I'm talking regular vet visits, vaccinations, etc.

Are we going to see you on here in a couple months telling us that your dog got hurt and that you need advice because you can't afford the vet?

It would have been easier to help you if we knew the area you live in. You need to look for rescue organizations in your area. Also, go to your humane society and pound and put your name down. Tell them that if a Pomeranian comes in you want to adopt it. Put ads in the local newspapers as well.
